Absolute Kayaking lets you spend more time exploring and playing in the remote areas of Florida’s Nature Coast. Since you wont be spending the entire day paddling you’ll have more time to spend in areas most people never see except in pictures. When you come on board our vessel “Transporter”, just sit back, relax and enjoy the view of the scenic Homosassa River (approximately a 30 minute trip) Upon arriving at your destination, you will be seated atop a new Red Fish 12′ kayak complete with gear for a safe and exciting paddling adventure. After your adventure is over, you will be brought back on board for the return trip home. If needed, Transporter will always be on site to offer assistance or to just take a break and have a cold drink on. The Captain is always available to answer any questions that you or your party may have.

If birding is your thing, many species can be viewed on our excursions. Bald Eagles, Osprey, White and Brown Pelicans, Great Blue Heron, White Heron and a host of other shore birds, waders and water foul may be seen. (Some are seasonal)
Just like to paddle? How about watching a pod of dolphin coming by and taking a look at you. In our clear shallow water, a variety of sea grass, sponge, fish, turtle and an occasional Manatee can be seen.
The area is also popular for exploring. Small islands, creeks and shallow bays that are ideal for paddling are everywhere.
Anglers may be interested in trying their hand at light tackle or casting a new fly. We have a large variety of fish to target. Red Fish, Sea Trout, Snook and Cobia just to name a few.
Note to Anglers! Anglers must provide their own tackle and bait. Anglers must possess a valid Florida Fishing License. A license may be easily obtained via toll free phone call to 1-888-347-4356.
